The Bearcat Swimming and Diving Team capped off an amazing season with a solid 5th place finish in the team standings at the Sectional Championships on Saturday.  The 200 Freestyle Relay team consisting of Tyler Schmidt, Jayden Trinidad, Vinny Ordonez and Drew Stoner placed 3rd, and the same quartet of boys placed 4th in the 200 Medley Relay, while the 400 Freestyle Relay team consisting of Jayden, Steven Jarvis, Vinny and Tyler Kimberlin placed 5th.  Other notable individual performances include Tyler Schmidt placing 8th in the 100 Freestyle, and 9th in the 50 freestyle, Drew Stoner placing 10th in both the 100 Butterfly and 200 Individual Medley, Anthony Salas placing 10th in the 100 Breaststroke, Vinny Ordonez placing 11th in the 100 Freestyle, Steven Jarvis placing 11th in the 500 Freestyle, Jayden Trinidad and Tyler Kimberlin placing 13th and 14th in the 100 Backstroke, plus Tyler had a 16th place finish in the 100 Butterfly.  This strong showing at Sectionals capped off a season in which the boys posted a 9 and 3 dual meet record, and won their 7th consecutive Greater South Shore Conference Championship.
